These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Surfacedd marketing website at surfacedd.com by visitors. They do not govern use of the Surfacedd platform or the SDK; that use is governed by the Master Services Agreement at /legal/terms and the applicable role-specific Addendum (Advertiser or Publisher) plus the incorporated AUP and DPA. Your use of the Website is also subject to the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

You may browse and use the Website for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. You may not (a) use the Website in a manner that violates law or infringes any third party\u2019s rights; (b) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Website; (c) attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security measures; (d) transmit malware or harmful code; (e) use automated systems (bots, scripts, crawlers) to access the Website except as permitted by a `robots.txt` or similar declaration on the Website; (f) collect or harvest personal data of other visitors; or (g) use the Website to develop, train, or improve a product that competes with Surfacedd.

The Website, its content, design, trademarks, and software are owned by Surfacedd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms of Use, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Website for the purposes described in Section 2. Excerpts from the Website may be quoted with attribution to Surfacedd and a link to the source page. Any other use — including reproduction of substantial portions, commercial redistribution, or framing — requires prior written permission.

Machine-readable licenses published at /ai.txt and /llms.txt describe Surfacedd\u2019s positions on AI training and citation for automated systems.

You may not scrape, crawl, mirror, or otherwise systematically extract content from the Website except as permitted by the Website\u2019s `robots.txt` and `/ai.txt` declarations. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Website or the SDK distributed through it, except to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this restriction.

The Website may link to third-party websites or services. Surfacedd does not control those third-party resources, does not endorse them, and is not responsible for their content or practices. You access them at your own risk and subject to the terms of the respective third parties.

These Website Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware for use originating in the Americas; the laws of Singapore for use originating in Asia-Pacific; and English law for use originating in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Disputes are resolved per MSA Section 19 where applicable, or otherwise in the courts of the governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this Section limits a consumer\u2019s right to bring a claim in the courts of their country of residence where mandatory law grants that right.
